This policy covers information collected by Entropy Technology Ltd. Products and services are purchased via TaxFreeway.ca.

Customer Information: Information is collected at the time of a registration in order to complete the registration. Customer lists are not sold or distributed to third parties. Entropy Technology Ltd. does not use customer lists to send solicitations (except notices for product upgrade).

Credit Card Transactions: Credit card transactions are processed by Moneris for additional security and reliability. Credit card information provided by the customer and collected during transactions is maintained in their database for accounting and billing purposes. Entropy Technology Ltd. does not collect the credit card information on its servers.

Information About Children: Entropy Technology Ltd. does not attempt to collect personal information from children. If children do send personal information to TaxFreeway.ca, the information is deleted. Note that Entropy Technology Ltd. cannot always determine that a user is a child. Entropy Technology Ltd. does not maintain databases about children.

Cookies: Internet 'cookies' are not used except for maintaining a security connection between the user's computer and the server.

The restrictions on the dissemination of personal information are not subject to change. The policy is updated occasionally but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors. If there are changes made in the future the changes will not affect information already collected.
